Who we are

The short version
You can browse this site without creating an account.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
The only time you give us anything is when you choose to: by using the Ask Mara chat, or by calling, emailing or texting the salon.
When you visit
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider (Netlify), which may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to run and protect the site.
The Google reviews section shows each reviewer’s public name and photo, which are loaded from Google. Your browser connects to Google to load those photos, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that.
We also count visits and taps on phone links, to measure how the site is doing. The count is kept by CruVal LLC, the company that built and maintains this site, in a database hosted by Supabase. Your browser sends only the site name and the type of event (a visit, or a tap on a phone link). We keep daily totals only: no IP address, no browser details, no identifiers and no cookies. Like any server, Supabase may keep standard technical logs that include the internet (IP) address of each request; we do not store or use those logs.
Booking, memberships and gift cards
Appointments, memberships and gift cards are handled on Phorest, the salon’s booking system. When you tap a booking button you leave this site, and what you enter there is covered by Phorest’s terms and privacy policy and by the salon’s booking policy.
Ask Mara, our AI assistant
Ask Mara is an artificial intelligence assistant. It is not Mara herself and it is not a person.
What you type, and any photo you choose to send, is transmitted to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model (Claude), only to generate the reply. Anthropic handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Trilogy Salon does not store your messages or your photos. The conversation stays in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.
To keep the service available to everyone, we count how many conversations take place and keep, for one day, a scrambled code derived from your internet address. It cannot be turned back into your address and is used only to limit abuse.
Please do not share sensitive information in the chat (health details, payment data, ID numbers). Only send photos of yourself; do not send photos of other people without their permission, or of children.
What Ask Mara can and cannot do
Its answers are general information and can be wrong. They are not a professional evaluation of your hair, skin or nails, and they are never medical advice.
Prices it mentions are the published starting prices. The final price, the plan for your hair and whether a service is right for you are confirmed by your stylist in person.
It cannot book, change or cancel appointments.
Each conversation allows up to 10 messages and 2 photos, and each person can start up to 4 conversations a day. The chat shows how many you have left.
When you contact us
If you call, email or text the salon, or write about joining the team, we use what you send only to answer you and to handle your request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Using this site
The content of this site is for general information. Services, prices, hours and specials can change; the salon confirms them when you book.
The photos, texts and logo belong to Trilogy Salon and may not be reused without permission. Reviews shown come from Google and belong to their authors.
Links to other sites (Phorest, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) take you to services we do not control.
Changes to this page
If the way the site works changes, we will update this page and its date.
